Hui ā-Tau (AGM) 2023

This year’s Hui-ā-Tau (AGM) will be held at 10:00am on Friday 8th December 2023 in our Wharehui at Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki, 210 Richmond Street, Thames.

Members wishing to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting must do so on the approved Proxy Form which is available on our website via this link or from any  of our offices or Whānau Health Centres.   Completed Proxy Forms must be returned to us by 5:00pm on Friday 1st December 2023.
