GP and Nursing Services

Overview

The purpose of the clinical service is to give all people of the Hauraki easy access to health services. It is highly effective and is an important facet of our clinics, giving men, women and children the care and education needed to maintain health and/or to encourage health within their own lives.

Our GP and Nursing services are Cornerstone accredited, accessible, affordable, of high quality and available to all ages and people of all cultures.

Referral Process

There is no referral process applicable – our GP and Nursing services are available to everyone. You can access the clinical services of Te Korowai as either a casual or a registered patient.

Contact Information

Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki offers health care for ALL people throughout the Hauraki rohe (district).

Te Korowai has four GP clinics at Thames, Coromandel, Te Aroha and Paeroa - contact details are listed here.  Te Korowai Huaora o Hauraki in Whitianga offers Well Child Tamariki and Podiatry services only (no GP services are available).

To make an appointment as a Casual patient, please call one of the clinics listed on the Contact Us page.

If you would like to register with Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki for your medical services, please download our enrolment form.

Once you have printed and completed the form, please bring it to the Te Korowai clinic nearest to you, together with your photo ID.
