Te Korowai Hauora on Hauraki is a holistic kaupapa Māori Health organisation, providing a range of services to the Hauraki rōhe. We are proud of our 25 year history providing services in our community, and our passionate, professional staff and friendly team culture.
Our services are growing to match community needs and therefore we have a new opportunity for:
Clinical Coordinator/Registered Nurse
30 hours per week – (9am – 3.30pm)
As the Clinical Coordinator you will have a strong interest in Disability and Aged care. You will support the Service Coordination team by providing expert clinical advice and oversight of all clinical aspects of client care. You will also develop and lead the training and professional development of Home Assist Support Workers to ensure all Home Assist services are of the highest quality and meet best practice standards.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Knowledge and understanding of working in Home and Community Support Services
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Registered Nurse
- Passion to deliver a high-quality client focused service
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills
- Computer literate
- A clean full driver’s licence
